Overview

RFQ for the once-off supply and delivery of stationery at OR Tambo International Airport. This opportunity is open to suppliers capable of providing the listed stationery items and delivering to OR Tambo; relevant vendors should have office stationery sourcing capability and compliance with South African public procurement requirements.

Requirements

• Fully completed and signed pricing schedule (SBD 3.3).
• Declaration of Interest Form and Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) disclosure.
• SBD 4 Bidder’s Disclosure Form.
• SBD 6.1 Preference Points Claim Form (80/20 system).
• Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
• B-BBEE Certificate and scorecard or BBBEE affidavit.
• Verifiable medical certificate (if claiming disability).
• Tax Compliance Status PIN (SARS) or Central Supplier Database (CSD) number.
• Certificate of Incorporation showing ownership; CSD report.
• VAT Questionnaire.
• ACSA Terms and Conditions.
• Validity of information maintained for contract period (prices firm for 120 business days).
• Returnable documents submitted as required (documented in the RFQ).
• Proof of authority to sign (capacity under which bid is signed).

How to Apply

• Deadline: Closing date 08 September 2026 at 13:00. Clarifications due 07 September 2026 at 12:00.
• Submission method: Email bids to AcsaRFQ@airports.co.za; do not email as one big attachment; split into at least four attachments of 4MB each.
• Documents to submit: Completed SBD 3.3 Pricing Schedule and all mandatory returnable documents listed above (SBD 3.3, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, confidentiality, BBBEE, tax PIN, CSD, VAT questionnaire, etc.). • Pre-qualifications/registrations: Tax compliance status (PIN) or CSD number; if a consortium, separate TCS/CSD per party. VAT registration applicability per VAT Act (Documented in the RFQ).
