The City of Johannesburg invites quotations for the PROCUREMENT OF PROMOTIONAL ITEMS AND SERVICES FOR THE OCTOBER TRANSPORT MONTH 2026. This is aimed at suppliers of branded promotional goods, printing/branding services, and event merchandise. Requirements

• Access to CoJ supplier channels: register on the City of Johannesburg Supplier Database and provide your vendor number; ensure profiles are current. Also note linkage to CSD requirements.
• Complete and sign all compulsory forms listed (Forms A–D, E, F, G, H, I, J) as per the RFQ, including the Form A conditions.
• Tax compliance: submit a valid Tax Clearance Certificate or SARS PIN; VAT status must be indicated (VAT-registered vendors if applicable).
• BBBEE: provide a certified BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Specific pre-qualifications: CIDB registration if applicable (construction/maintenance), health certificate for catering, and SETA accreditation if required.
• Samples may be requested from shortlisted suppliers. All price alterations and the quotation must be signed.
• Pricing: all prices must be exclusive of VAT and firm (no post-close increases). Forward exchange cover may be required if pricing is currency-based.
• Deliveries are made under an official purchase order; no delivery before PO.
