REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE PROCUREMENT, PROVISIONING, RENEWAL AND IMPLEMENTATION OF LAWTRUST SSL CERTIFICATES (SUBSCRIPTIONS), INCLUDING SUPPORT SERVICESClosed

Overview

RFQ to procure provisioning, renewal and implementation of LawTrust SSL certificates (subscriptions) including support services for the Department of Forestry, Fisheries & Environment (RFQ265(26/27)). Bidders must be certified LawTrust SSL partners or resellers with SSL lifecycle management capabilities and portal-based issuance/renewal experience (see attached RFQ doc for details).

Requirements

• Compulsory requirement: provide a certificate or letter proving you are a certified partner or reseller of LawTrust (see RFQ document).
• Submit a formal quotation on company letterhead, including VAT per item, banking details, and the supplier’s CSD MA/AAA number; include a CSD report (see RFQ).
• Returnable documents: completed SBDs, supplier formal quotation, CSD report (see RFQ).
• Tax/compliance: provide SARS tax compliance status (PIN) or CSD number; ensure compliance to be eligible (see RFQ).
• Preference points: complete SBD6.1 and provide documentation for specific goals (e.g., B-BBEE-related ownership/disability) to claim 20 points; medical certificate if claiming disability; SANAS/CIPC B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; CIPC Ownership Certificate (see RFQ).
• Delivery/implementation: end-to-end SSL provisioning, renewal, migration of existing certificates, and 50 hours of technical assistance; notify expiry dates 60 days prior; provide renewal quotations in advance; certificates delivered electronically via portal after PO and domain/organization validation (see Annexure A).
• All bid prices must include delivery and applicable taxes; no goods/services before official order; price validity is to be observed (see RFQ).

Note: Annexure A specifies SSL product types and 2-year terms (e.g., Standard OV SSL, Advantage OV SSL, Multi-Domain OV SSL, Wildcard OV SSL) and 50 hours of related services (see Annexure A in the RFQ PDFs).

• Documents to submit: formal quotation on letterhead with VAT and banking details, SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1, CSD report, and proof of LawTrust partnership; include CSD MA/AAA number (see RFQ).
• Registrations/pre-qualifications: provide CSD number or SARS PIN/TCS as applicable; ensure tax compliance and CSD registration as required (see RFQ).
• Briefing: None (no briefing session).
