• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in recruitment and selection for Executive and Senior Management; provide a company profile with recent activity.
• Five project-specific reference letters for Executive/Senior Management recruitment within the past five years; include contract dates, client letterhead, signed, with verifiable contacts.
• Qualifications/Experience of bidder/project manager: B Degree in HR/Industrial Psychology/Business Administration (NQF7) and at least 5 years in HR Management; CV and qualifications not older than 3 months.
• Staffing: minimum of 3 employees, with ND in HR/Industrial Psychology/Business Administration (NQF6) and 5 years’ relevant recruitment experience; provide CVs and certified qualifications (not older than 3 months).
