Overview

ACSA seeks a Parking Campaign for OR Tambo International Airport to drive parking volume and total revenue via an integrated marketing approach (ATL/BTL/digital) and campaign measurement. Suitable bidders are marketing/advertising agencies with experience in integrated campaigns, online pre-booking/booking apps, long-stay and premium parking promotions, and a track record of measurable revenue uplift. Firms must show tax compliance capability (SARS PIN/CSD), B-BBEE credentials, and the ability to provide returnable documents and references.

Requirements

• Functionality evaluation with a minimum of 70/100; components include:
  • Company experience – marketing activations (campaign concept, 0–20 points; reference letters; client headcount)
  • Campaign case study and supporting references
• Mandatory administrative and compliance documents (returnable):
  • SBD 3.3 priced offer; Declaration of Interest Form; SBD 4; COIDA; SBD 6.1; Health and Safety Pack; Tax PIN; CSD number; VAT questionnaire; BEE certificate or affidavit; confidentiality agreement; Central Supplier Database (CSD) entry
• Specific goals-based preference: 80/20 system; points for BBBEE levels and black youth/women ownership
• Validity: prices firm for 120 business days
• Note: 10% refundable contingency included in quotation; setup completed day before and handover two hours before event
