Overview

Procurement of professional services for a Canteen Management Solution (CaMS) for up to 24 months at Airports Company South Africa (ACSA). Suitable for firms with CaMS implementation experience, ISO 27001:2022 certification or equivalent, and capability to integrate with HR and Finance systems.

Requirements

• ISO 27001:2022 certification (or equivalent) and a data protection plan outlining controls against unauthorized access.
• Demonstrated CaMS implementation experience; provide client reference letters (signed, on letterhead, with scope, contract dates, and contact details).
• CaMS evaluation criteria require 5+ years (30 points) or 3–5 years (20 points) of CaMS experience; less than 3 years yields 0 points.
• Functional capabilities aligned to scope: sales/kiosk functionality, multi-channel employee ordering, dashboards/reports, special/bulk catering, mobile app integration, meal forecasting, real-time stock/ERP integration.
• Solution demonstration in a live environment (solution demo up to 30 points).
• Mandatory documents: SBD 3.3 (priced offer), Declaration of Interest, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, confidentiality NDA, BBBEE/affidavit, tax PIN, CSD number, VAT questionnaire, ACSA terms.
• Tax/compliance: provide SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or CSD number; ensure validity throughout contract; security vetting may apply.

Notes: Scope excludes kitchen equipment, staff management, third-party catering contracts, external payment licenses, facilities integration, hardware procurement, nutrition/diet planning, external delivery integrations, and payroll changes within CaMS. (See attached RFQ document for details.)
