Overview

RFQ for Pest Control Services at King Shaka International Airport for five years. Airports Company South Africa seeks a contractor to provide pest control across KSIA under NEC3 Term Service Contract. Suitable bidders are pest control service providers with registered Pest Control Operators, proven experience in high-traffic environments (airports, malls, transport hubs), and compliance with SA tax and BBBEE requirements.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience: minimum three similar pest-control projects; provide reference letters and proof of duration (at least 1 year per contract).
• Key personnel: Pest Control Operators registered under the Fertilizers, Farm Feeds, Agricultural Remedies and Stock Remedies Act; minimum 3 years post-registration; provide valid certificates; include a Contract Manager with supervisory experience; professional membership in a pest-control body.
• Compliance and governance: Occupational Health and Safety compliance; COIDA/FEMA good standing; SARS Tax PIN or CSD number; BBBEE documentation; confidentiality/non-disclosure; security vetting as applicable.
• Insurance: aviation liability insurance ≥ R300,000; proof prior to start and annually for the project.
• Tender mechanics: priced offer with activity schedule; adherence to NEC3 terms and Service Information; returnable documents as specified (see below).
