Overview

Procurement of the supply and delivery of promotional materials for the Unemployment Insurance Fund. Bulk branded items are required (pens, key rings, aluminium water bottles, lanyards, stress balls, wrist bands, paper bags, folders, skipping ropes) with artwork branding; suitability requires branding capability and references.

Requirements

• At least one reference letter for a similar project (signed on letterhead, stamped, dated within 3 months).
• VAT-registered vendors encouraged to claim VAT.
• Quote on the official SBD 3.1 pricing schedule; samples required after evaluation.
• PPPFA evaluation on 80/20 (as stated in Special Conditions); submission via the E-Tender portal only.
• Tax/compliance: SARS PIN for tax verification, or provide a TCS certificate; if a consortium, each party must provide separate TCS/CSD; no bids from persons in the state service.
• Bid validity: 90 calendar days.
