Overview

RFQ for the supply, delivery and commissioning of three AdBlue self-bunded bulk storage tanks with dispensing equipment for PRASA depots (Cape Town, Harmony Johannesburg, Pretoria). Eligible bidders should have an ISO 22241–compliant AdBlue storage/dispensing system, be able to supply/commission three 20,000 L tanks with dispensing equipment, and meet PRASA’s tax, registration and B-BBEE requirements. Requirements

• ISO 22241–compliant storage and dispensing system for AdBlue.
• Pricing Schedule on company letterhead.
• Reference letters for prior AdBlue self-bunded storage projects with dispensing equipment (customer letterhead, scope, contact, emails/phones).
• Site visit for product verification (PRASA may verify at bidder’s reference site).
• Complete RFQ documentation, SARS PIN, company registration, directors’ IDs, CSD number.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN or CSD registration; other party specifics as stated.
• B-BBEE status level 2 or higher (20 points).
• Delivery terms: earliest possible delivery; compliance with PRASA General Conditions of Purchase.
• Returnable documents and warranties as specified.
• Pricing must be in ZAR, inclusive of taxes, and deliveries/inspections per PRASA terms. (See Annexure B and the RFQ text in HO-CITYOCITY-TECH-11-09-2026.pdf)

• Documents to submit: Pricing Schedule (Annexure B) on company letterhead; SBD forms; SARS PIN; CSD number; company registration docs; directors’ IDs; reference letters; JV agreements if applicable. • Registrations: self-register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD); provide SARS PIN or TCS where applicable.
