Overview

Request for Quotation for the Supply, Delivery and Offloading of Mobile Generators at OR Tambo International Airport. Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) invites providers with generator supply/manufacture capabilities, engineering and NEC3 contract experience to bid for a 12-month service window (supply, delivery and offloading of mobile generators). Relevant certifications and compliance (tax, CSD, BBBEE, SBDs) are required.

Requirements

• NEC3 Term Service Contract framework with related Contract Data and Service Information.
• Provide and install mobile generators (500 kVA, 150 kVA, 8 kVA) as specified; implement full delivery/offloading at OR Tambo.
• Mandatory project controls: Stage 1 mandatory documents, Stage 2 functionality with minimum 75/100 points; price and preference in Stage 3.
• Insurance: employer-provided insurances plus contractor professional indemnity; risk register items as defined.
• Compliance: Tax compliance (SARS TCS PIN or CSD), SBD forms (SBD 3.3, 4, 6.1), confidentiality agreement, BBBEE/affidavits, declaration of interests, and other mandatory returnables.
• Submit brochures and meet specified technical criteria for 500 kVA, 150 kVA and 8 kVA generators (as per the evaluation criteria).
