Overview

RFQ for travel, accommodation, breakfast, transfers, travel insurance, UK visa, and exhibition stand management for the Joburg Tourism Company officials’ attendance at World Travel Market (WTM) in London (01–06 November 2026). Suitable providers with proven experience in end-to-end travel logistics, visa services, and exhibition stand management should bid.

Requirements

• Proven track record in end-to-end travel management for international trade shows.
• Ability to arrange and manage economy flights Johannesburg–Heathrow and associated ground transfers as specified.
• Accommodation (Bed & Breakfast) for 3 rooms for 01–06 November 2026.
• Travel insurance for 3 pax and UK travel visas for 3 pax.
• Secure and pay for the JTC exhibition stand at ExCeL Centre (Stand S7-106; 3.5m x 3m) and manage build/breakdown.
• Stand must include specified fixtures (carpet, reception area, seating, lighting, wall graphics, logo, TV, power outlets) and allow for branding per Covid-19 considerations; images to be sourced at bidder’s cost.
• Sufficient cash flow to project-manage the entire assignment with payment upon invoicing (no upfront payment).
