Overview

The procurement seeks quotations to provide airport transfers, shuttle services, and a Red Bus tour for AfricaLics and IATUL conference delegates in Johannesburg in November 2026, including hotel transfers and venue travel. Bidders should be qualified transport operators with licensed fleets and the following certifications: PDP for drivers of 12+ seat vehicles, valid road transport/operating licenses, VAT registration or as non-VAT vendor, SARS tax clearance, and evidence of CSD registration, plus robust compliance (insurance, municipal accounts in order, and BBBEE where applicable).

Requirements

• Quote on ALL items.
• Drivers’ valid PDP for vehicles carrying 12 or more passengers.
• Valid vehicle Road Transportation Permit/Operating License.
• Valid SARS Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Prices quoted in SA currency and inclusive of VAT; VAT registration status to be stated.
• Evidence of CSD registration and current municipal accounts not in arrears (company and directors).
• Public passenger liability insurance and all mandatory documents (MBD forms) submitted.
• Compliance with disqualification criteria (vehicle licenses, PDP, etc.).
