Overview

Procurement of laptop bags for Tourism (RFQ NB043/2026) and an invitation to bag manufacturers/suppliers to bid. Bids cover supply of laptop bags (textile/leather variants possible) and must be hand-delivered to Tourism House, Sunnyside (17 Trevenna Street, 0001) by 2026-10-27 09:00. Submitters should have capability to supply corporate bags and comply with bid rules and BBEE requirements.

Requirements

• Complete and submit Bidder’s Disclosure (SBD4) per REVISED SBD 4 -Annexure A_AUG 2026.docx.
• Complete and submit Sworn Affidavit for EME/QSE (Annexure B) per ADDENDUM 4 TEMPLATE docx.
• Provide CSD registration details, CIDB pre-qualification, and tax clearance; comply with anti-defaulter and conflict-of-interest provisions in SBD4.
• Ensure hand delivery of bids to the specified address by the deadline; adhere to the format and signature requirements in the attached forms.
• Ensure all BBEE and related disclosures are current and that active CSD entries for directors/owners are disclosed.

How to Apply

• Review RFQ NB043/2026 and attach documents; prepare SBD4 (REVISED SBD 4 -Annexure A_AUG 2026.docx) and Sworn Affidavit (ADDENDUM 4 TEMPLATE) as applicable (Annexure B).
• Submit by hand to: 17 Trevenna Street, Tourism House, Sunnyside 0001, by 2026-10-27 09:00.
• Include required registrations (CSD, CIDB, tax clearance) and complete the BBEE-related affidavits if applicable.
