Overview

Appointment of a service provider to support, maintain and host the project management system for Working For Tourism (WFT) for 24 months. Firms in ICT/IT services with hosting, legacy-system maintenance (Delphi 8/InterBase), and BBBEE-compliant capabilities should consider bidding.

Requirements

• Experience supporting an outdated Delphi 8/InterBase-based system with references.
• SLA and support capabilities: basic two to twelve hours for requests; emergency two to four hours; bi-weekly server maintenance including backups.
• Hosting and server management including data integrity, troubleshooting, and scheduled maintenance; share third-party hosting contracts at least two months after appointment.
• Compliance: tax obligations (SARS PIN, TCS), CSD number if no TCS; completion of SBD forms; adherence to PPPFA and returnable documents.
• Returnables and pre-qualifications: Annexures A–E (SBD4, ownership proofs for women/Black/B-BBEE where applicable), CVs for support personnel, full CSD report, proof of authority to sign.
