Requirements

• Hand-delivered quotes only to the stated address (Special Condition).
• Bid documents include the attached RFQ (IM1412026.pdf) and Standard Bid Document (SBD4.pdf).
• Complete and submit the SBD4 pricing schedule as per SBD4.pdf.
• Use the documents provided with the RFQ for scope and formatting (see IM1412026.pdf and SBD4.pdf).
