Overview

Procurement of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including workwear, safety shoes and gloves for Mandela Bay Theatre Complex stage operations. Bidders must be CSD-registered, VAT-registered, and able to deliver to 68 Cape Road, Gqeberha. RFQ MBTC-SCM/152/2026; closing 22 Sept 2026 11:00. Requirements

• Complete the MBTC RFQ forms and attach a valid company quotation on letterhead.
• Prices must be VAT-inclusive and include delivery; provide a price breakdown.
• Complete the attached SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms.
• CSD registration is compulsory; provide your CSD supplier number.
• Quotations must be valid for 90 days; no prepayment.
• Evaluation criteria: 80/20 (or 90/10 where applicable); must indicate compliance with specific goals.
• Submit via email to scm@mandelabaytheatre.co.za or deliver to 68 Cape Road, Gqeberha.
• Specific goals (youth, women, Black ownership, disabilities, locality) and related points apply as per the Preferential Procurement Regulations (see the attached form).

• Required documents: MBTC RFQ forms, SBD4, SBD6.1, pricing schedule, CSD number, and price breakdown (see attached).
