Overview

RFQ for repairs on Building 236 at Jessievale Plantation, including associated refurbishment works, to be carried out by a CIDB 1GB+ contractor. Suitable for building/construction firms with relevant CIDB grade, experience in timber-frame/building refurbishments, and compliance with local-content and B-BBEE targets. The attached scope covers floors, finishes, damp-proofing, tiling, and related works (within the SAFCOL budgeted project).

Requirements

• Complete RFQ fully; quotation on company letterhead; email submission.
• Submit latest tax clearance and SANAS-accredited B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (EME/QSE).
• CSD registration (or MAaa/CSD if not yet registered, register within 7 working days of award).
• ID copies of company directors.
• Phase 2 mandatory: valid COIDA good standing; CIDB 1GB+; two reference letters or completion certificates; CVs of key personnel.
• Local content and employment: 100% local direct employment; minimum 25% local women and 25% local youth; proof of residence; wage compliance.
• Health, safety, and environmental adherence; insurance adequacy; adherence to SAFCOL Supplier Code of Conduct.
