Overview

RFQ for supplying and delivering replacement of asbestos roof sheets with IBR roof sheets at Jessievale Plantation. Requirements

• CIDB grade 1GB or higher; registered asbestos handling contractor; Department of Labour registration for asbestos.
• Tax clearance (SARS) and CSD registration; proof of company registration (CIPC) and IDs of directors.
• B-BBEE: SANAS-accredited verification or EME/QSE sworn affidavit.
• Delivery: 10 village houses, removal of asbestos sheets and installation of IBR sheets; materials must be SABS-compliant.
• Health, safety and environment: COIDA good standing; adherence to OH&S and environmental laws.
• Administrative: fully completed RFQ, quotation on company letterhead, SBD forms signed; latest tax clearance; CSD/MAAA number; ID copies of directors.
• Specific goals and local content: 80/20 price-specific goals framework; local employment and targeted-enterprise requirements apply.
