Overview

Procurement of removal, disposal and replacement of asbestos roof sheets with IBR roof sheets at Uitsoek Plantation (Lapa’s). Target bidders are construction contractors with registered asbestos handling capability, CIDB grade 1GB or higher, and relevant certifications (SANAS B-BBEE or EME/QSE sworn affidavit). Requirements

• Complete the RFQ on company letterhead; submit via email.
• Returnable documents: Latest Tax Clearance; SANAS-accredited B-BBEE certificate or EME/QSE sworn affidavit; CSD Report or MA number; ID copies of company directors.
• CIDB registration: 1GB or higher; proof required.
• Compliance: proof of registration with Dept of Labour to handle asbestos; COIDA good standing; two reference letters or completion certificates; CVs for key personnel.
• Financial capacity: bank statement (not older than 1 week) or proof of funding.
• All SBD documents signed and returned.
