Overview

Provision of ISO19443:2018 third-party certification audits to a CSIR-supported beneficiary company (Inkwali Fabrication and Maintenance) in Gauteng. The CSIR invites ISO/IEC 17021–accredited certification bodies to audit and certify a beneficiary against ISO19443:2018 ITNS requirements. Bids are online via the CSIR Electronic Bid Submission Portal, closing 13 November 2026 at 16:30, with a 90-day validity.

Requirements

• Accredited ISO19443:2018 certification body (ISO17021); provide accreditation proof.
• Lead Auditor(s) with current registration/certification from IRCA, SAACTA, Exemplar or equivalent; submit CVs and evidence of relevant audits (past 5 years).
• Submit a detailed project plan and pricing via Annexure B; include Annexure E for preference points; provide signed SBDs as required (C/D) and a Mutual NDA (Annexure F).
• Returnable documents must be uploaded to CSIR EBSP in three folders (Mandatory Repository, Technical & Other Essential Repository, Price & B-BBEE Repository); max 20MB per file; naming must be concise; must be signed by authorised person.
• Compliance: tax compliance (SARS TCS or PIN) or CSD registration; no fronting; PPPFA 80/20 considerations; due diligence and confidentiality obligations.

How to Apply

• Submission deadline and clarifications: inquiries by 06 November 2026 16:30; final submission by 13 November 2026 16:30 (RFQ 6784/13/11/2026– EBSP).
• Submission method: Electronic submission via CSIR EBSP; use three folders as above; avoid cloud links; file size limit 20MB.
• Documents to submit: Annexure B (Pricing Schedule), Annexure E (Preference Points), Annexure C (SBD 1), Annexure D (SBD 4), Annexure F (Mutual NDA), detailed project plan, Lead Auditor CVs; ensure tax/CSD documentation.
• Registrations: CSIR EBSP registration; CSD registration; SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or evidence; ensure sign-off by authorised representatives.
