Overview

Provision of an employee wellness service to enter Iziko employees into specified marathon events (Growth Point Sundowner 8 Dec 2026 and HOKA Half Marathon 13 Feb 2027) for 23 participants. Bidders should be accredited service providers with experience in employee wellness, event registrations, and sports-event administration, and must meet CSD/tax compliance and BBBEE requirements.

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) presence and valid compliant tax status.
• Detailed pricing structure on company letterhead, inclusive of VAT, with a full cost breakdown and assumptions; quotes valid for 90 days.
• Valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Signed RFQ document and a company profile showing minimum 5 years’ experience and reference letters.
• Valid liability insurance.
• Evidence of capability to handle race-entry administration for multiple events as specified (Sundowner 10km/5km and Hoka Half events).

• Documents to submit (as per admin table):
  • CSD report with supplier number and company details; valid compliant tax status.
  • Detailed pricing schedule (Pricing Schedule) on letterhead; include VAT and total; provide breakdown and assumptions (see attached).
  • Valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
  • Signed RFQ form; company profile (5+ years, references); liability insurance; supplier registration details.
• Registrations pre-qualification: CSD; tax clearance; IBEE status.
