Requirements

• CIDB grading of 3SO or higher; if in a JV/Consortium, include agreement.
• Fully completed Price Schedule/BOQ.
• Tax/compliance: SARS PIN, TCS or CSD number; COIDA/Good Standing; copies of Directors IDs; CK1; proof of banking; all RFQ documents completed.
• Stage 2 functional criteria: track record and experience (last 10 years, min R350k per project, with appointment letters and reference/completion evidence), and key staff qualifications (certified Plumbers with CVs; Oath Commissioner certification not older than 6 months).
• Proof of vehicles owned or hired (bakkies/light trucks); evidence of ownership/rental agreements.
• Specific goals: BBB-EE evidence for black women/youth/ownership, and proof of rural operational address where applicable.
