Overview

Request for Quotations (RFQ) for a courier service to deliver Iziko Museums’ Annual Report copies to multiple national and regional destinations. Bidders should be able to collect from Iziko and deliver to Annexure A addresses across SA, provide trackable delivery, proof of delivery, and secure handling of documents within the delivery windows.

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database registration with supplier number and tax status verification PIN; - Valid tax clearance/pin; - Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; - Signed RFQ; completion of SBD 4 and SBD 6.1; - Detailed pricing structure including VAT; - Ability to deliver to Annexure A destinations (delivery addresses) with tracking references and proof of delivery; - Do not redirect parcels without written Iziko approval and deliver within the agreed period; - Evaluation will use 80/20 preference points (price 80, specific goals 20).
