Overview

PRASA seeks Courier Services for a 12-month TSSSA training work stream project (RFQ 10370588). Bidders should be able to provide courier/logistics services for training materials, comply with SARS tax requirements, and meet Central Supplier Database (CSD) and BBBEE preferences.

Requirements

• Mandatory tax/compliance: provide SARS PIN, or TCS status; submit CSD/registration where applicable; ensure tax compliance.
• Administrative requirements: sign the submission register; complete ALL RFP documentation and declarations; include CSD number (Stage 1A/1B) (Courier Services (002).pdf).
• Preferences: 80/20 PPPFA with Specific Goals—Level 1/2 BBBEE contributor (10 points) and at least 51% Black Owned (10 points) (SBD 6.1 forms).
• Procurement rules: prices in ZAR, inclusive of taxes, fixed price; submit via official bid forms; validity period of 60 working days (document shows 60 days; metadata notes 62 days).
• Compliance: bidders must be not in service of the state; adhere to GCC and PRASA purchases terms; CSD registration required for award eligibility (see documents).
• Delivery/price: earliest delivery period; pricing schedule to be completed; market-related price negotiations if needed (Pricing/Delivery Schedule sections) (Courier Services documents).
• Data/portal: bids may be published on the National Treasury e-Tenders portal; adhere to data protection and disclosures.
