Overview

Iziko Museums of Cape Town invites quotes for Ethanol (Anhydrous 99.9%) and Propylene Glycol in 10 x 25 L containers, including delivery to Cape Town CBD. Suitable bidders are chemical suppliers capable of delivering laboratory-grade solvents and providing required documentation and compliance.

Requirements

• Supply 10 × 25 L Ethanol (Anhydrous 99.9%) and 10 × 25 L Propylene Glycol with VAT included and delivery to Cape Town CBD. (see Pricing Schedule in the RFQ)
• Provide a report on the purity of the Ethanol quoted. (see Background in RFQ)
• Submit Central Supplier Database (CSD) report with supplier number, Tax Status PIN, and tax registration number.
• Submit Completed RFQ, and a Valid B-BBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit.
• Submit an Official Quotation on company letterhead.
• Offer validity: 60 days from the bid closing date.
• Preference points apply: 80/20 system (price 80, specific goals 20); HDI/Black ownership rules apply (Table 1) for specific goals.
