Overview

RFQ for forklift training services by PRASA to train forklift operators and related staff. Bidders should be training providers with Department of Labour accreditation for Driven Machinery Regulation 18(11) Lift truck code 1-4 and Counterbalanced Lift Truck F4 Driver NQF Level 3, plus demonstrated tax/compliance capability and BBBEE considerations.

Requirements

• Tax/compliance: SARS PIN; Tax Compliance Status; TCS PIN via SARS; CSD number if no TCS; COIDA Good Standing; separate TCS for JV/consortium/sub-contractors.
• Official documents: Signed RFQ and Standard Bid Documents (SBD); Completed Pricing and Delivery Schedule; Completed BOQ/Pricing Schedule.
• Experience: Evidence of similar forklift training projects (appointment letters, client contacts, project dates, values, completion certificates).
• Specific goals/BBEE: Evidence for Black Women owned and Black Owned status; EME/QSE 51%; BBEE certificate or affidavit.
• Returnables and validity: All mandatory documents submitted; 90-working-day validity from closing date.
