Overview

RFQ for forklift training services to train PRASA staff on forklift operation and safety. Requirements

• Tax compliance: submit SARS PIN and/or CSD number; COIDA/Letter of Good Standing.
• Accreditation: must be registered with ETQA/DOL/QCTO for Unit Standard 242974; provide proof.
• Returnable documents: completed RFQ, pricing and delivery schedule, and BOQ/pricing schedule; all on official forms.
• Registration: Central Supplier Database (CSD) number; if foreign-based, meet other pre-qualification criteria.
• Compliance: adhere to PRASA General Conditions of Purchase and PPPFA requirements; ensure all declarations are complete.
• Validity: bid valid for 90 working days from closing date.
