Overview

The RFQ seeks a service provider to conduct headhunting/executive search for PRASA’s identified positions over 12 months on an as-needed basis. • Professional certifications: company registered with SABPP, SHRM, or IPM; provide proof of membership.
• Stage 1B: valid SARS PIN; CSD registration number; complete all RFP documentation; signed JV/Consortium/Subcontract agreements if applicable.
• Specific goals (20 points): B-BBEE Level 2 or above; at least 51% Black Youth ownership; at least 51% Black Women ownership; at least 51% Black People in rural areas ownership (with supporting evidence).
