Overview

Procurement of Initiator Training for PRASA to equip staff in conducting disciplinary hearings (2-day course). The RFQ (DMP/05/26/GAU-HCM) targets a provider to deliver a 2-day Initiating Disciplinary Hearings programme, for 42 participants, with SASSETA registration and full administration support. Requirements

• Must be registered with SASSETA for the course.
• Supplier to supply own resources (projector, pens, whiteboard markers, flip charts).
• Manage attendance registers and provide end-user with attendance records.
• Handle all administration for the duration and issue hardcopy Certificate of Competency.
• Must complete the Initiator Training course (2 days) and comply with Unit Standard 255514 (proof required).
• Comply with ETQA/DOL/QCTO requirements and provide proof as needed.
• Submit with SBD forms, pricing schedule, COIDA good standing, SARS PIN, and CSD registration where applicable.

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: 10 July 2026, 10:00 CAT. Hand-deliver to Ground Floor Shosholoza Meyl Junction, Cnr Leyds and Simmonds Street, Braamfontein; sealed envelope; no email/fax accepted (RFQ details).
• Submit on official forms; pricing and delivery schedule (Section 4) and BOQ/Pricing Schedule (Section 10) must be completed.
• Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN; or CSD number if no PIN; COIDA good standing. For joint ventures, each party must provide its own TCS/CSD PIN.
• Include documentation as per Sections 1–3 (compulsory forms, declarations, JV agreements if any).
• Briefing/site attendance: Section 8 indicates RFQ briefing attendance is recorded but is listed as N/A (if applicable).
