Overview

Rental of mobile portable ablusion facilities and servicing for 24 months at Iziko Mandela Prison House. Bidders with experience in mobile sanitation units, installation, and weekly servicing, and with appropriate registrations and BBBEE status, are invited. Scope includes: minimum 5 female toilets, 2 male toilets with 3 urinals, 1 accessible male, 1 accessible female, all with lighting; delivery and full installation; weekly servicing including cleaning and waste removal. Requirements

• Provide serviced chemical toilets per Annexure A (5 female cubicles, 2 male cubicles + 3 urinals, 1 accessible male, 1 accessible female).
• Units with lighting; delivery and full installation/setup; weekly servicing and waste removal.
• Monthly rental for 24 months; 2-month cancellation notice; Iziko may terminate earlier or extend.
• Administrative/compliance documents: Central Supplier Database report with supplier details and Tax Status Pin; tax registration number; valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; signed RFQ; minimum 5 client reference letters (not older than 5 years).
• SBD 4 (Bidder Disclosure) and SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form) completed.
• Pricing must include VAT and any applicable costs; quotes valid 90 days.
