Overview

PRASA seeks bids from qualified training providers to deliver a 4-day Social Media Marketing Training (Social Media In The Workplace) with QCTO accreditation, to be held in Gauteng (Metro Rail Gauteng venue to be provided). Bidders should be able to supply necessary training resources, manage attendance, issue hard-copy certificates, and align with PRASA’s scope (see attached Scope of Work: SCOPE OF WORK- MEDIA.pdf). Requirements

• QCTO accreditation for Social Media In The Workplace Training (provide proof). (SCOPE OF WORK- MEDIA.pdf)
• Provide training resources (projector, pens, markers, flip charts, etc.) and administer attendance; issue hard-copy certificate.
• Venue to be provided by METRORAIL GAUTENG; training duration is 4 days; content covers strategy, content, crisis management, governance, analytics.
• Submit all required documents: Completed Pricing and Delivery Schedule; Completed BOQ/Pricing Schedule; Signed RFQ and SBD forms; Tax compliance status (PIN or CSD number); COIDA Good Standing; SARS PIN; CSD registration; any JV/Consortium agreements.
• Compliance with PPPFA 2022 80/20, and evidence for specific goals (e.g., Black Women owned; Black Owned EMEs/QSEs).
• No bids from persons in the state’s service (per 2.7); provide separate TCS/PIN per party for joint ventures or sub-contractors.
• Stage 2 minimum functionality threshold: 60%.
