Overview

Procurement of a service provider to deliver Solar PV training for PRASA. Bidders should have Solar PV training capability and relevant ETQA/QCTO qualifications (Unit Standard 113890), plus the ability to supply training materials, assessments, and meet PRASA’s tax/compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Completed Pricing and Delivery Schedule Form – Section 4 (RFQ SOLAR PV TRAINING.pdf)
• Completed BOQ / Pricing Schedule – Section 10 (RFQ SOLAR PV TRAINING.pdf)
• Must be registered or able to prove ETQA/DOL/QCTO Unit Standard 113890
• Signed RFQ documents and Standard Bid Documents (SBD)
• Letter of Good Standing: COIDA
• SARS PIN / Tax Compliance Status (TCS) and related documentation
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) number or proof of CSD status
• If applicable, JV/Consortium/Subcontracting agreement signed by all parties
• Compliance with PPPFA Regulations, GCC and related conditions; response must be in sealed envelope, by deadline
