Overview

PRASA is issuing an RFQ for stationery, specifically A4 white paper reams (500 sheets) for duplicating/copy, with an estimated 5,000 reams; suitable bidders are stationery suppliers capable of delivering at scale. Submit by the closing date (10 July 2026) and deliver to the PRASA submission address below. Requirements

• Complete and submit: Pricing and Delivery Schedule Form; BOQ/Pricing Schedule (RFQ documents, Section 4 and Section 10).
• Submit: Signed RFQ Document and Standard Bid Documents (SBD forms); Letter of Good Standing COIDA; SARS PIN (or CSD number if no PIN); complete all RFP documentation (incl. declarations); JV/Consortium/Subcontract agreements if applicable.
• Tax/compliance: Tax compliance status via SARS PIN or CSD; no bids from State service employees or close relations.
• Evaluation: 90 working days validity; 80/20 price-specific-goals weighting; 60% tech threshold for functionality; 30-day payment terms; potential for split awards.

• Submission: Hand deliver to Ground Floor Shosholoza Meyl Junction, Cnr Leyds and Simmonds Street, Braamfontein, by 10 July 2026, 10:00. No email/fax submissions. Use official forms; seal envelope.
• Documents to submit: Pricing and Delivery Schedule (RFQ 4), BOQ/Pricing Schedule (Section 10), Signed RFQ/SBDs, COIDA Good Standing, SARS PIN or CSD, all declarations, JV/consortium docs if any.
• Registrations: Register on SARS for PIN; register on National Treasury’s CSD (if applicable).
• Briefing: Compulsory RFQ briefing/site visit details appear in Section 8; attendance is documented there (details not included in excerpt).
