Overview

RFQ for supply and delivery of paysheets. PRASA seeks a supplier to provide Paysheet papers (152 boxes) and deliver to the Shosholoza Meyl Junction area; suitable bidders include printers/stationery suppliers with bulk stock and delivery capability, and with compliance to SA public-sector procurement requirements (tax clearance, SARS PIN, CSD, etc.). Requirements

• Attendance at the compulsory briefing (30 June 2026, 11:00).
• Completion of Pricing and Delivery Schedule form and BOQ/Pricing Schedule as required (Sections 4 and 10).
• Signed RFQ documents and Standard Bid Documents (SBD forms) and COIDA Good Standing; provide SARS PIN; CSD registration number if no TCS.
• If bidding as a consortium/JV, each party must submit separate TCS/Pin or CSD where applicable.
• Compliance with tax, anti-corruption, and procurement rules; bids must be in a sealed envelope and adhere to closing time.
• Specific goals claims (e.g., Black-owned status) must be supported with evidence; points allocated (80/20 system) include 10 points for Black Youth ownership and 10 for 51% Black-owned EME/QSE.
• Pricing must be in ZAR, inclusive of taxes, and delivered per schedule; 90 working days validity from closing.
