Requirements

• Compulsory briefing session on 23 July 2026 at 10:00 at Durban Station (Greyville).
• Qualified personnel:
  • 1 Master Installation Electrician registered with the Department of Labour.
  • 2 Electrical Trade Tested electricians.
  • Wireman’s Licence for 3-Phase (Department of Labour).
• Compliance: COIDA, Letter of Good Standing; complete all BOQ line items.
• Registrations: CIDB Grading 4EB or higher; CSD registration number; SARS PIN (or Tax Compliance Status).
• Financial: audited financial statements (two most recent years) and indicators (current ratio, cash flow, net assets, turnover).
• Other: pricing on official forms, adherence to 80/20 evaluation, and mandatory returnable documents.
• Scope requires Masterpact MTZ ACBs with mechanical interlocks, testing, commissioning, and handover including updated drawings and O&M manuals.
• Special conditions: work hours limited to after 10 PM on weekends; safety permits and lock-out/tag-out required.
