Overview

PRASA KZN seeks a training service provider to deliver Category A RED (OHTE) Phase 2 pre-requisite modules and a Category AR refresher course, for a 12-month period as required. Requirements

• Accreditation as a training service provider (facilitator, assessor, moderator).
• Evidence of AR refresher training delivery (or Traction Linesman Phase 2) with references and/or candidate certificates; include accreditation certificate for the training provider.
• Detailed training programme showing modules, content, duration, and (expected) start/end dates.
• Training materials: manuals and certificates of competency.
• Provider must cover travel and accommodation for its facilitator; rates to be included in the BOQ.
• Compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act and robust control/quality assurance of work.
• Tax/compliance: valid Tax Clearance PIN or SARS PIN; CSD registration number; separate TCS certificates for joint ventures/sub-contractors; no bids from state employees.
• Budget/funding contingency: award subject to securing budget allocation; bid validity (60 working days) and potential funding-related cancellation disclaimers.
• Specific goals: BBEE level (minimum Level 2) with corresponding proof; 51% Black Owned status options.
