Overview

The RFQ seeks the appointment of a service provider to fumigate buses as and when required for a period of 12 months. This is for PRASA; suitable bidders are pest-control/service providers with current Pest Control Operator (PCO) credentials, capable of servicing PRASA depots in Johannesburg and Pretoria, and meeting South African tax and supplier registrations (SARS PIN, CSD). The scope includes interior fumigation, air-conditioning treatment, engine/external areas, and call-out services as needed. Requirements

• Pest Control Operator (PCO) Certificate of Registration valid on submission date.
• Valid SARS PIN or evidence of Tax Compliance Status (TCS) process; if applicable, provide TCS certificate.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration number.
• Quotation on company letterhead; pricing must follow the attached Pricing Schedule Annexure.
• B-BBEE: at least Level 1 or 2 with evidence (BEE certificate or SANAS-affidavit); if JV, consolidated scorecard accepted; 51% owned by Black Women with IDs not older than 3 months.
• Compliance with PRASA General Conditions of Purchase, PFMA contingencies, and related documentation (SBD forms).
