Requirements

• Quotation on company letterhead; RMI/MIWA accreditation valid on submission; proof of workshop address or lease.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN required; can submit via e-Filing (TCS) or a printed TCS; if in a consortium, each party submits separate TCS/CSD as applicable.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration number if no TCS PIN; no bid from state servants or close connections.
• Completion of all RFP documentation and declarations; returnable documents as specified.
• Site readiness: bidder must meet site/operational capability requirements (per LDPT Site Visit Inspection, including RMI registration and required workshop equipment).
• BBEE/specific goals: comply with 80/20 preference framework; provide proof (e.g., B-BBEE level and ownership evidence).
• Site visits may be used to verify capacity (per attached evaluation criteria).
