Overview

This RFQ seeks renewal, subscription and support for the SysAid ITSM system for twelve months. Iziko Museums invites qualified SysAid partners/distributors/resellers authorized to supply SysAid in South Africa, with experience in ITSM, licensing, and vendor management.

Requirements

• Authorized SysAid supplier in SA (SysAid renewal/licensing experience)
• Valid Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and tax status (Tax PIN/Tax Certificate)
• SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms completed and submitted
• Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
• Company profile with at least five verifiable SysAid licensing/support references (last five years)
• Confirmation of authorization to supply and renew SysAid in SA
• detailed pricing schedule (inclusive of VAT) and compliance with the specified license scope (10 named agent licenses, unlimited end users; Asset Management for 500 assets; AI features; 1-year maintenance)
