REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF AUDIOVISUAL EQUIPMENT AND INSTALLATION PERIHERALS FOR THE HOLDING

Overview

RFQ for the supply, delivery and installation of audiovisual equipment and peripherals for two multi-channel sound installations for the Holding SP(L)ACE In-Between exhibition at Iziko. Iziko Museums of South Africa invites qualified AV system integrators to bid. Bidders should have AV supply/installation experience and BBBEE status, capable of interfacing with existing infrastructure and delivering by 16 November 2026. Electronic submission is required.

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database registration with supplier number and valid tax status PIN
• Valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
• SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 completed and submitted
• Company profile with minimum 5 years' AV supply/installation experience and references
• Compliance with minimum technical specs and full integration with existing AV systems
• Kick-off meeting with project team leader; attendance required
• Delivery of all equipment to Iziko SA National Gallery by 16 November 2026
• Quotes valid for 90 days from closing date
• Tax clearance or status verification
