Overview

Two PRASA RFQs seek supply and delivery on an as-and-when basis for 36 months at PRASA NGR. Requirements

• Tax and regulatory compliance: SARS PIN, Tax Compliance Status, CSD registration (or applicable alternative), COIDA/Good Standing where required.
• Documentation: Complete pricing schedules on official forms; JV/Consortium/Partnering agreements if applicable; returnable documents; signed submission registers.
• Eligibility: No state service conflicts; compliance with PP Act and GCC; for consortia, separate TCS/CSD for each party; foreign bidders may have separate rules.
• Technical/evidence: Demonstrable track record/experience, company footprint near Pretoria North, and transport capability (vehicle ownership/hire with proof).
