RFQ for the supply, delivery and installation of agricultural-grade perimeter fencing for ten Aloe ferox cultivation sites in Peddie, Eastern Cape. Eligible bidders: CIDB 2SQ+ construction works; joint ventures allowed if combined designation meets 2SQ+ and JV agreements are signed.

Requirements

• CIDB registration 2SQ or higher (construction works) or evidence of eligibility before closing; Joint ventures allowed provided CIDB requirements are met and combined designation is 2SQ+.
• For joint ventures: every member CIDB; lead partner 2SQ+ or not lower than one level below, with equal combined designation; signed JV Agreement.
• Mandatory returnables: Annexure C (SBD 1), Annexure D (SBD 4), Annexure E (Preference Points Form); Annexure B (Pricing Schedule); CIDB contractor designation 2SQ+; at least one reference/completion letter for perimeter fencing; JV/subcontracting agreements if applicable.
• Compliance checks: tax clearance; registration on Central Supplier Database (CSD); not listed on NT restricted suppliers or Tender Defaulters; PPPFA 80/20 preference points.
• Commercial: pricing in Rand incl. taxes; price elements include freight/insurance/duty; RFQ validity 90 days.
