Overview

RFQ for the supply, delivery and installation of six black speaker stands. Iziko invites service providers with AV hardware/installation capabilities to bid, including alignment with Iziko’s procurement requirements (CSD registration, compliant tax status, BBBEE). Stands must be six identical black steel units compatible with JBL Control 2P speakers. Deliveries/installations will occur at Iziko’s facilities in Cape Town (25 Queen Victoria Street).

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database registration and valid compliant tax status.
• BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; minimum 5 years’ experience with references; company profile.
• Completed RFQ, including SBD 4 and SBD 6.1; pricing schedule; detailed pricing on company letterhead.
• Include CSD details, tax status, and SBD documentation; quotes valid for 90 days.
• Specifications compliance: six identical black steel stands, heavy-duty, height adjustable 80–110 cm, base square, top bracket for JBL Control 2P (up to 5 kg).

• Pre-qualifications: CSD registration, tax clearance; BBBEE status; ensure all required forms are included.
• Site/work dates: onsite delivery/installation 03–09 November 2026; completion by 13 November 2026.
• Evaluation: best value approach (pricing and specific goals under the 80/20 system); be prepared to provide proof for HDI goals if claimed.
