Overview

RFQ for Working at Heights Training for Gauteng Province on an “as and when” basis for 36 months. PRASA invites training providers with QCTO accreditation (Unit Standard 229998) to bid, and to meet tax and supplier registrations (SARS PIN, TCS, CSD).

Requirements

• Must be accredited with QCTO – Unit Standard 229998 (provide proof).
• Complete and submit: Pricing and Delivery Schedule Form (Section 4) and BOQ/Pricing Schedule (Section 10).
• Tax and supplier compliance: SARS PIN; Tax Compliance Status (TCS) or CSD number; COIDA “Good Standing”; separate TCS/CSD for each JV/consortium party if applicable.
• Submit all mandatory documents on the RFQ form and associated SBDs; JV/Consortium agreements signed with leading bidder indicated.
• Returnable documents must satisfy Stage 1A/1B; Stage 2 requires 60% minimum for functionality, including demonstrated relevant experience with client references.
