Overview

RFQ for the supply and installation of replacement batteries for the Office of the Valuer-General’s UPS and fire suppression system. Suitable ICT service providers or battery installers capable of replacing 12V 7.0 AH Fire Suppression batteries and 12V 9AH UPS batteries, including installation and delivery to the Praetor Building, Pretoria.

Requirements

• Scope: replace 12V 7.0 AH Fire Suppression batteries and 12V 9AH UPS batteries (as per the RFQ scope) for the data center infrastructure.
• Pricing: prices must be firm, VAT inclusive; quoted values must be valid and reflect the specified VAT (15%); price validity options listed (60/90/120 days).
• Documentation: complete SBD4 ( bidder’s disclosure) and SBD6.1 (preference points) forms; provide proof for HDI goals (CSD registration) and bank details aligned to the CSD record.
• Compliance: adherence to National Treasury General Conditions of Contract (July 2010); ensure alignment with PFMA SCM requirements; bid data should include CSD and tax clearance where applicable.
