Procure an Executive Recruitment and Selection Service Provider to conduct the end-to-end recruitment of Iziko Museums' CEO, with proven executive recruitment experience. Bidders should be agencies with CEO-level placement track record, capable of advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, assessments (psychometric/leadership), reference checks, screenings, reporting, and project management; must meet CSD, BBBEE, tax clearance, and related compliance.

Requirements

• Recent CEO-level recruitment experience (at least one placement in the last 12 months).
• Executive recruitment references (3+ letters, client on letterhead, contactable details).
• Proposed approach/methodology for advertising, sourcing, assessment, screening, shortlisting, interviews, verification, and reporting.
• Screening/verification capability (qualifications checks, references, criminal record, ITC/credit checks where applicable, employment history, disciplinary history).
• Competency/psychometric assessment capability for top two candidates.
• Conflict of Interest declaration (disclose any relationships with Iziko staff or council).
• Mandatory documents: Central Supplier Database report; detailed pricing on company letterhead (incl. VAT); valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; signed RFQ; valid tax certificate/pin; completed SBD4 and SBD6.1; CVs/qualifications of key personnel.
