REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ): TRAVEL AND TOURISM ENVIRONMENTAL SCAN FOR THE REVIEW OF THE NATIONAL TOURISM STAKEHOLDER STRATEGY (NTSS)

Overview

RFQ for Travel and Tourism Environmental Scan to support the review of the National Tourism Stakeholder Strategy (NTSS). The Department of Tourism seeks a consultant to conduct an environmental scan of travel and tourism factors to inform revisions to the NTSS. Suitable bidders are research/consulting firms with expertise in travel and tourism policy analysis, environmental scanning, stakeholder mapping, and report delivery. A mandatory briefing is required, and responses must be submitted by the stated deadline.

Requirements

• Complete and submit the SBD 4 Bidder’s Disclosure (REVISED SBD 4 -Annexure A_AUG 2026.docx).
• Complete and submit the Sworn Affidavit for EME/QSE (ADDENDUM 4 - TEMPLATE - SWORN AFFIDAVIT OF BOTH EME AND QSE - .docx).
• Provide disclosures on employment by state, relationships with the procuring institution, and related CSD entries as applicable in the SBD4 form.
• Acknowledge and comply with anti-competitive and ethical conduct declarations (transparency, independence, and related penalties).
