Overview

The Mandela Bay Theatre Complex invites quotations for the supply and delivery of stage disposables. The scope covers cleaning/stage supplies including brooms, industrial mops, paint (matte finish), paint rollers, trays, and Masonite for the Barn/Main Stage, with delivery to Mandela Bay Theatre Complex facilities in Port Elizabeth.

Requirements

• Compulsory completion of MBTC RFQ forms with a company letterhead quotation.
• Price must be VAT inclusive and include delivery.
• Prices must be broken down; submission must adhere to the closing date/time.
• Quotation valid for 90 days.
• Complete the attached SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 (Bidder’s Disclosure and Preference Points forms).
• CSD registration compulsory.
• No prepayment.
• Evaluation criteria: 80/20 (price vs. specific goals); preference points may apply under the 80/20 framework.
