Overview

This RFQ seeks a service provider to supply and deliver diesel in Braamfontein and Durban as and when needed. Suitable bidders are fuel suppliers with a Petroleum Wholesale License, tax/compliance verifications (SARS PIN or Tax Clearance), CSD registration, and the ability to deliver on short notice to the specified locations.

Requirements

• Quotation on company letterhead; Petroleum Wholesale License (DME); joint venture/consortium agreement if applicable.
• Tax compliance: valid Tax Clearance or SARS PIN; CSD registration number; separate TCS for each JV/partner if applicable; service of state restrictions considerations.
• If foreign: RSA residency/establishment questions to be answered; otherwise not required to register for SARS PIN.
• Completion of all RFQ documentation, including pricing schedule.
• Evidence for specific goals/BBEE (per Table 1: e.g., B-BBEE Level 1/2; ownership by Black women, persons with disabilities, youth, and rural owners) with specified documentation.
• Prices in ZAR, fixed price inclusive of taxes; delivery commitments as per the pricing schedule.
