Overview

Procurement of 11kV cable termination and joints training services for Necsa. Bidders should be training providers with SETA registration and electrical HV training capability to deliver three training sessions under the RFQ.

Requirements

• Fixed price quotation, all taxes included, with freight, insurance, duties, etc.; complete quote; payment per Necsa GCC. (FIN-SCM-RFQ-0003)
• Required documents: Tax Clearance Certificate (SARS pin); Declaration of Interest (SBD 4); BEE Certificate or applicable EME affidavit; COID Good Standing Letter (if applicable); any other documents requested. (FIN-SCM-RFQ-0003)
• Evaluation: 80/20 system (80 for price, 20 for B-BBEE); minimum functionality threshold; minimum score of 80 in evaluation criteria to proceed. (EVALUATION CRITERIA training.pdf)
